The lower end of the Mallorca property market is slightly slower having problems this year but the luxury properties are more in demand, according to the media and reports.
Gatehouse International are certainly noticing a huge increase in the level of purchasers looking over 1 Million Euros and our reports show that
- The south-west is proving the most resilient market on Mallorca, with the value of the average sale at just under €1 million.
- The north-east is benefiting from the completion of the new highway from Palma to Manacor and the number of sales is going up, not down.
- Inland, along the Tramuntana mountain range, there’s strong demand for well-located fincas with land, and, ideally, views to the sea.
